About OmniCosta
A scanner built to cut through the noise of south Costa Blanca's property market — not another portal, and not an agency.
The problem I built this to solve
If you've searched for property around Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa, Guardamar, or Pilar de la Horadada, you've probably noticed the same problem I did: the same property shows up again and again, listed by five or ten different agencies, each with slightly different photos and the same price the seller set. Scrolling through a portal feels like browsing a much bigger market than actually exists, and it makes it genuinely hard to tell a good, fairly priced listing apart from an overpriced one repeated a dozen times.
OmniCosta exists to fix that: one clean listing per property instead of ten duplicates, and a clear read on whether the price is actually good for the area — delivered straight to Telegram, before the best ones are gone.
How it actually works
No magic, just a few pieces working together:
- Scanning: OmniCosta checks listings from 100+ real estate agency websites covering south Costa Blanca, several times a day.
- Deduplication: when the same property is listed by multiple agencies (very common in this market — it's usually the same seller-set price, just re-posted), OmniCosta matches them by location, size, and photo comparison, and merges them into a single canonical listing instead of showing you the same home repeatedly.
- Fair-price scoring: each listing's price per m² is compared against the going rate for similar properties in the same area, so you can see at a glance whether something is priced below, at, or above the local market — not a guess, a comparison against other actual listings nearby.
What OmniCosta is not
Worth being upfront about this: OmniCosta is not a real estate agency and doesn't broker or sell property — it's a data and alerts tool that points you to listings already published by agencies, and you deal with them directly. The price comparison is a statistical read based on size, location and asking price, not a professional valuation, and it can't see or judge the physical condition of a property, hidden defects, or legal issues like community debts or unlicensed building work. For that, there's no shortcut — request a Nota Simple from the Land Registry and use an independent lawyer before signing anything. OmniCosta is a starting point for your search, not a replacement for due diligence.
Coverage area
OmniCosta focuses specifically on south Costa Blanca — Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa, Guardamar del Segura, and Pilar de la Horadada — rather than trying to cover all of Spain. Staying narrow is deliberate: it's what makes the fair-price comparisons meaningful, since they're only useful when compared against genuinely similar, nearby listings.
Who's behind it
OmniCosta is built and run by me, Saulius Žiūkas. It's an independent, self-funded project — no investors, no call center, just a scanner I built because I wanted this tool to exist for anyone searching this market. If you have questions, feedback, or spot something off in a listing, I read everything that comes to info@omnicosta.com.
